Hey! My name is Jason Regier and welcome to my website. This is where I share the honest and simple things that I believe matter in life. We all have big dreams, but I’ve found it’s the small things (habits, thoughts, patterns) that build the foundation of big things. Every small thing can easily become lost if we are not intentional, self-aware, and teachable. I want to live intentional.
In order to do this, I believe we need to simplify how we approach our day-to-day. Life is inherently complicated, busy, and exhausting. However, I believe as we look at biblical and practical solutions, we can live the life we always wanted and were designed to live.
I don’t want to apologize for the things that I say, mainly because I believe there is deep-seated value in people hearing truth. In my opinion, it’s a disservice to everyone when we are inauthentic and choose to hold back.
If I’m honest, I’ve held back far too many times in my life because I feared being rejected. (Oh ya… and I don’t like conflict.) I think we all long for acceptance without fear of judgment–and the real you and real me is so much more interesting. Let’s agree to embrace the daily challenges together and respect each other’s opinion.
My goal with this blog is to offer biblical and practical help addressing our everyday problems. This doesn’t mean that I have it all together or even know all the answers. I want to learn and grow just like you. There is huge value in staying teachable. So I invite you into a dialogue about the most important things in our lives.
With that said, I reserve the right to write about anything. From parenting and marriage, training and productivity, to my captivation with Jesus. And of course everything in between. But again, my goal is to write from the perspective of how we can keep it simple and live intentional.
I’m so glad that you’re here, and sincerely welcome you with open arms.

P.S. Here’s the short version.
I am a Jesus follower, husband, dad, a former pastor turned farmer, musician, writer, coffee enthusiast, and Enneagram type nine. I live in Southwest Nebraska and bleed Husker red. I have three kiddos and a beautiful wife of nineteen years. We lived in Kansas City for seventeen years but recently moved back to the area where I grew up to slow down, raise a family, and work the family farm. I dig the minimalist lifestyle but find it challenging to actually do. I love to read, make up silly songs with my kids, help people grow, and roast coffee.
